We provide a convenient, high end, safe facility for adults to exercise in which will give them a great opportunity at staying as pain free and active as long as possible throughout adulthood, middle age, and into retirement years.

What is the hardest part of the adult workout? Finding the time and having the discipline to start the workout!  Today’s health clubs, boutique fitness centers, and gyms are not designed to allow adults to perform the safest, most effective exercise program geared toward maintaining a pain free, active lifestyle to extend longevity. 

Appropriate Exercise

Most adults do not exercise correctly, enough, or do not exercise at all.  Many middle-aged adults are still stuck in the heavy body building mentality which can become counterproductive as we age.

Correct Equipment

Bodybuilding gyms have too many antiquated machines that aren’t needed, and there is an overabundance of cross-fit type boutique fitness centers that are too intense for the average adult.

We have light-weight dumbbells, free weights, cables, and bands, which are more effective in maintaining healthy joints. We also have a row of exercise tables so no client will have to get up and down from the floor to perform joint-compromising movements. 

Embrace the fundamentals

We ensure that each member is taught a well-balanced fundamentally sound, safe, and effective exercise routine. With a focus on lightweight exercises, we can make knee and hip replacements less prevalent. Those who take part in bodybuilding gyms with a high-intensity workout can be counterproductive, speeding up the onset of degenerative arthritis in your joints. Our exercise practices are in the pursuit of joint health and to reduce arthritic change in your joints, preventing deterioration of healthy joints and posture.
